新鮮人尋職 7月失業率略升至4.25%

主計總處今天(22日)發布7月人力資源調查統計，7月失業人數48.7萬人，主要因應屆畢業生投入尋職行列增加1萬人，另因季節性或臨時性工作結束而失業者增加3千人，使7月失業率上升至4.25%，較上個月增加0.11個百分點。

調查顯示，7月20至24歲者失業率為14.05%，較6月上升0.71個百分點，居各年齡之冠，主要就是初次尋職失業者增加。

7月就業人數1,098.4萬人，比上個月增加2.5萬人，以批發及零售業與住宿及餐飲業分別增加7千人與5千人較多。

至於對6月份薪資調查，6月經常性薪資為新台幣3萬7,708元，年增率0.78%；6月平均薪資為4萬2,934元，年增率0.21%；1到6月平均經常性薪資為3萬7,604元；1到6月平均薪資4萬8,651元，則年減0.61%，是因廠商減少發放年終及績效獎金導致，扣除消費者物價指數，平均薪資4萬7,557元，是近4年最低。
