谷開來殺英商　薄熙來被控「濫用職權」

【綜合報導】中國濟南中級人民法院今日審理薄熙來案，列出薄熙來犯「濫用職權罪」細節。

起訴書指出，「2012年1月至2月，薄熙來作為17屆中共中央政治局委員兼中共重慶市委書記，在有關人員對谷開來涉嫌故意殺人一案進行彙報和揭發後，以及在時任重慶市人民政府副市長王立軍叛逃前後，違反規定，實施了一系列濫用職權行為」。

英商海伍德(Neil Heywood)在2011年遭毒殺身亡，谷開來被指控是主謀，而海伍德的母親日前也透過媒體表示，呼籲中國政府拿出決斷力和同情心，為其亡兒的家庭提供「實質性」幫助。谷的的律師則證實，海伍德遺孀向谷求償約2.4億元台幣。
