請問有人在這買過東西嗎?

我在8月3號時購買東西也匯款了對方也回覆我已經收到匯款將為我寄出商品

但一直到現在都沒收到東西寄信去問也都沒有回應到今天為止已經寄過3封信

對方也沒有查詢電話完全都沒有回應

因為之前也有在這家買過東西有拿到東西所以不確定是否為詐騙

如果都拿不到東西是否是直接報警呢?

還是有其他方法感謝
