【寶智華／雲林報導】斗南鎮新南里石龜溪畔低窪區的邱姓人家，因潭美來襲昨晚撤離暫居親友家，今早返家時，發現屋內不斷滲水到屋外，打開大門進屋後，發現屋內全是積水，深至腳踝，連忙先拔掉家電插頭，再搶搬電器，看著一屋子的水，質疑附近的疏洪道功效不佳，無法解決當地淹水問題。
