【林靜盛／雲林報導】潭美颱風引進西南氣流大雨，雲林西螺鎮、二崙鄉大排水溝爆滿，泥水流進菜園、稻田，部分二崙鄉菜農裝設抽水馬達，保護心血不泡湯，西螺果菜市場南側約20公頃農田泡水嚴重，不只排水溝、農田淹成一片，連產業道路只剩兩側半截路樹可供辨識，連草叢裡鍋牛都爬上護欄、電桿避難，農民們感嘆：「誰能幫忙解決問題！」
