我家天花板滲水,會是樓上施作泥作浴缸的關係嗎?

我想請問一下~
樓上的鄰居是去年搬進來的,
當時他們把主臥室的浴缸拆掉,
重新做一個泥作浴缸。

結果,最近我們發現主臥室的天花板有滲水的現象..

這是我們搬到這邊兩年多第一次發生這樣的問題。
而這房子在我們搬進來之前也已經有4,5年,也沒這樣的問題。

想請教一下達人們,
這樣的漏水會是因為樓上的泥作浴缸嗎?

另外,有沒有人可以介紹豐原厲害的抓漏達人?
