公司新進一個員工,8/16到職,但從上星期起就突然沒有來,但是他都在達成曠職的第三天突然回電話說隔天就會來上班,要請事假,但是其實都沒來,已經連續這種情況六天了,因為試用期未滿,請問有任何適用的法規可以解僱他嗎?或者是他這樣資遺他還要給資遺費嗎?
