標題[問題] 未休部份可以核薪嗎？

是這樣的， 前公司是屬於責任制的業務單位， 也就是要call客， 若沒做到業積基本上是不敢休太多， 甚至一個月大概只休3、4天， 離開時也辦了留職停薪， 但最後我還是沒有回去， 人資之後打來跟我說是因為我沒回去，所以未休的天數無法核薪， 是這樣子的嗎？ 若是這樣的話， 當初就應該說好未休的部份公司會核薪呀！ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.30.90
