調查局前局長葉盛茂隱匿公文罪被判刑，昨假釋出獄。

前調查局長葉盛茂因隱匿扁家海外洗錢情資公文，今年三月入獄服刑一百七十二天後，昨天假釋出獄。他發表聲明坦言，「洩密是對調查局長偵查守密義務及向總統報告情資義務之分際，認知不足」。

葉盛茂將艾格蒙反洗錢組織通報調查局指扁家疑在海外洗錢的情資拿給前總統陳水扁，被控隱匿公文；他另被控洩漏搜索情資給民進黨立委柯建銘，涉及洩密罪。

葉盛茂被控洩密罪先判決二年六個月徒刑定讞，二○一一年入監服刑，去年假釋出獄。隱匿公文部分，今年二月被判處一年四月徒刑確定，三月又入獄服刑，昨天假釋出獄。

法務部矯正署表示，葉盛茂在隱匿公文、洩密兩案判決確定後，合併定執行刑為三年八月，扣除之前已坐牢的刑期，這次服刑一百七十二天即符合假釋門檻。
