妻偷25萬金飾　夫大義滅親報警逮人

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名劉姓女子（43歲，侵占前科）涉嫌偷竊自家的金飾，包含黃金項鍊三條、黃金戒指四個，價值25萬元，劉女的丈夫不滿，報警處理，但劉女當時已離家出走。今年七月間，警方發現劉女遭台中地院發佈侵占通緝，循線逮捕劉女，並且從其身上的背包搜出金飾，她坦言，金飾是婆婆送給她與丈夫共同持有，屢次向丈夫央求將金飾典當用來投資小生意，丈夫卻不肯，只好趁著丈夫不注意，竊走金飾典當25萬元，結果生意賺錢，又把金飾贖回，沒想到被通緝，警方依照通緝罪將劉女送辦，另依照竊盜罪送辦劉女。
