彰化縣花壇鄉公所今天上午舉辦「花筍節-竹筍嘉年華會」，鄉民和鄉內民間團體分組15組參加竹筍料理大賽，每組6道菜，評審完畢開放參觀民眾免費享用。明天（9月1日）彰化縣觀光導覽解說協會及彰化縣觀光休閒農業發展協會、灣東社區發展協會，在花壇鄉中山路1 段1之9號金典婚宴會館發表竹筍茉莉艾草宴，免費傳授烹飪技巧。
