陳妍希演新版《神鵰俠侶》「小龍女」引發軒然大波，網友糗她「神鵰背得動這麼胖的小『籠』女嗎」，她有備而來，先在微博寫：「也許不是大家心目中經典小龍女的樣子，但我會努力詮釋出一個新的小龍女給大家看的。」昨又Po一群小豬飛在天空的畫，說：「不要忘了去想像，不要忘了去做夢，不要忘了去相信人有無限的可能，I believe that pigs can fly（我相信豬也能飛）。」

製片人于正則說，《神鵰》有很多創新，「黃藥師」住的桃花島，新版將改住在一株巨大桃花樹上，當年在新加坡版演「楊過」的李銘順是新版的「黃藥師」。
