幫朋友問的朋友是做財務的,帶一個小team => 做A這塊他的小老闆一個人 => 做B這塊因為小老闆自己的問題; 很差的工作環境+待人導致朋友的的team的助理都一一離職最後只能用工讀生撐(流動率高) 不管隨便亂請朋友只好在表單流程上做精簡化,為了壓低工時成本同時每一次的流程改變都是跟國外開會的結果也都cc給小老闆但是小老闆自己都不看也不與會(不參加會議) 所以國外就指派朋友為專案負責,非小老闆於是年度review到了,公司的稅出了些問題但也不全然是朋友A這塊出問遺不過國外大老闆是看"整體"(A+B+C.....) 當然罵下來,小老闆就把帳算在朋友身上說朋友都不請人,亂改流程,導致公司的稅總體不好還越權善自做主由於時值年度review,被小老闆抓來當替死鬼所有email都有留底還有當時很糟的工作環境都有照片以及被國外指派的專案記錄(在系統內) 朋友打算先好好寫封信跟小老闆說來龍去脈如果不行,打算寫信bcc中老闆,大老闆請問有更妥當的方式嗎? 朋友也不想用的太難看請問該怎麼為自己自保/反擊呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.37.240 ※ 編輯: qmqmqm 來自: 1.164.37.240 (09/07 07:50)
