寄件人寄了掛號信給收件人

送上門簽收時是不是只需要收件人的印章？沒錯

是不是如果送上門沒有收到

郵差會留通知單在信箱要去郵局領？沒錯

如果不是收件人親自領而是由別人代領

寄件人會知道嗎？應該會知道

而代領需要怎樣才能代領？代領人證件身份證

可不可以由收件人事先告知郵局直接投入信箱或事先告知送件時間？不太清楚[黑貓宅急便可以寄件時先告知上午中午下午對方收件時間 
那寄件人會知道嗎？
