值完大夜的早會，上司微笑的對我說遞給我調薪單，上司:「quartzr，公司還是有幫你調，來」打開調薪單的我心情盪了下來，1.5%；不到我半天的薪水，羞辱人的數字去年當初報到前輩走了很多人，總經理千拜託萬拜託我留下來承諾我們讓部門運轉正常的話，該給的會給我們自問沒有對不起公司，戰功不少公司也在大賺錢當中，雖然不是到非常非常強，但撐起來單位讓公司順利運轉的卻是我們現在留下來的人考績總是給我甲等、不到1000的調薪金額鬼島台灣，我為公司又省又賺那麼多錢老闆吃肉，員工連湯都沒得喝只會一直利用免洗工程師，操怎麼不快點倒閉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.31.130.184
