這家公司在樹谷園區離省道/善化市區有點距離還是我不太熟悉這邊的路花了些時間才到台南市新市區豐華里堤塘港路5號 google查了一下離火車站也要快20分鐘要去要早點出發目前採前4個月試用期但是也是算正職員工通過後就是長期聘用工作時間跟旗勝有點像早班07:00~15:20 中班15:00~23:20、晚班23:00~07:20 中間一樣有30+10*2小休吧工作時間7.5小時但是三班輪班制(做6休2) 非做5休2 等於2個月可休6+8=14天月休少了2-3天薪水日班23000 /夜班30000/ 中班取中間26500嗎?) 非每週換班一次 3個月才換一次班如果考慮到中強週六*1.5 薪水也差不多如作5休2才20000 但是夜班作6休2才30000 中強作5休2就有30000了如考慮夜班的話是中強比較高30000+1500*2=33000 做燈管燈泡應該不會太重只是他算奇美的不知會不會像奇力那樣有在裡面工作的可以給些建議嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.232.120.24
