各位前輩們好，小弟退伍正在找第一份工作新鮮人.只有實習經驗 112工科碩班畢業想找國際業務的工作目前得到一個offer是必須外派廈門(鎢鋼廠) 對方開40K(NT)底薪 500~1000(RMB)零用金 3個月可返台一次(起迄共7天) 另外有提說到每月另有績效獎金（直屬主管每月評比工作等各方面表現薪資會調整） 40K是當時HR問預設薪資時.自己用留在台灣的預設去回答的而對方後來也果真開這價碼..... 因為不確定這產業是不是主要是靠底薪而非業績想問一下這樣的工作機會該衝嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.20.9
