劉德立拜會巴新任司法勞工部長

（中央社台北2013年9月14日電）中華民國駐巴拉圭大使劉德立於當地時間13日上午前往巴拉圭司法勞工部，拜會新任部長阿貝德（Sheila Abed），司法勞工部司法暨人權次長馬蒂內茲（Ever Martinez）在座作陪。

劉德立首先恭賀阿貝德榮膺新職，繼稱司法勞工部職掌廣泛，舉凡司法行政、獄政、戶政及勞工事務，面向各異，實屬一大挑戰。

阿貝德對劉德立造訪表示感謝，並指專長在於司法領域，曾於巴國創設環境法律及經濟學院，也在聯合國環境保護組織工作多年，獲任此職實感責任重大，上任後擬首先在獄政管理及現行戶口登記制度上有所作為。

阿貝德指出，未來司法勞工部勞工事務可能獨立成一新部會，她並對中華民國曾陸續援贈兩所監獄深表感謝。
