【汪智博／台東報導】天兔來襲，台東縣知本溪今晚因豪雨洪水暴漲，北堤潰提，造成卑南鄉溫泉村約50戶水淹一層樓高，台東縣消防局出動上百名警義消人員漏夜前往撤離村民中。
