為了增加蝦子的脆度，市面上十之八九的蝦仁都泡過硼砂，越脆代表泡得越久.根據食品衛生管理法，硼砂因為具有毒性，不得添加在食物內，民眾購買如何辨別，專家指出：泡過藥劑的蝦仁，外表顏色死白、有點透明，捏起來肉質生硬，煮完以後有淡淡的阿摩尼亞的味道。

都有經過處理.當然沒蝦味.口感肉質也都改變了
