天兔挾大雨 中橫白沙橋段坍方

（中央社記者劉嘉泰花蓮縣22日電）中橫公路受到天兔颱風環流挾帶的暴雨影響，白沙橋路段發生嚴重坍方，因現場雨勢強勁、落石不斷，暫時無法進行搶修。

中橫公路181.4K白沙橋路段於今年5月發生嚴重坍方，經搶修後恢復管制通車，現仍在進行後續修復工作，但今天清晨受到天兔颱風大雨沖刷，屬於同路段的181.3K處發生坍方，白沙橋則是完全被土石覆蓋。

公路總局洛韶工務段長林文雄表示，據目視初步估計，中橫181.3K路段清晨坍落的土石量超過20萬立方公尺，而5月在181.4K路段坍方的土石量則是約67萬立方公尺。

中橫公路原訂於今天上午8時解除預警性封路，但山區昨晚持續大雨，林文雄指出，24小時累積雨量資料顯示，天祥雨量站達666毫米、布洛灣達357毫米，導致白沙橋上邊坡土石在大雨沖刷下而坍方。

林文雄表示，坍方現場雨勢強勁且落石不斷，暫時無法進行搶修作業，搶修工作將於天候穩定後展開，初步預估可於9月27日搶通便道。1020922
