憂春期交通塞　議員：小鴨遷展碧砂漁港

【陳偉周／基隆報導】黃色小鴨入即將游入基隆，市府各局處緊鑼密鼓執行分工，今天上午8時許，議會市政總質詢上，議員呂美玲針對小鴨入港後，關於交通、警力布署提出質詢。交旅處表示，國光客運將加開「台北市政府-基隆」路線，基隆客運則會加開「圓山-基隆」路線；至於自行開車的賞鴨民眾，將會引導至東岸、六合停車場。警察局則說，將動員9516人次，進行交通、治安、攤販取締與街友安置等任務。
 
「跨年後黃色小鴨可遷至碧砂漁港！」呂美玲憂交通阻塞，跨年後迎春節，擔心春假期間預估有12萬人次，擔心市民要買年貨出不去，遊客買魚貨進不來，建議黃色小鴨遷到碧砂漁港展出，順勢帶動該區漁港觀光，並為新開幕的海科館帶來人潮。民眾則批：「多此一舉，小鴨放在市中心才醒目。」
