大家好，小妹是某間銀行的ARM(應屆畢業生) 今年七月才到職，雖然在到職前就知道會離開家鄉台北， 最近實在很想回台北，但是卻被告知最快也要兩年的時間(甚至可能更久)， 於是萌生了不如另謀他就的想法。 但是公司這邊似乎非常的缺人，除了我之外可能也有其他的學長姐要調單位， 而這裡的長官對我也不錯，但是我真的因為某些家庭因素很想回台北。 這樣子的話，如果年後提離職這樣好嗎? 因為我是七月才到職，如果我二月底離職則未滿一年，在履歷上的影響會很大嗎? 可是如果到七月才走，這樣金融業徵才的季節也過了，找工作似乎也比較難... 我真的很苦惱，希望大家可以給我點建議，謝謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.167.122
