基隆黃色小鴨重新定位 抵海洋廣場

基隆黃色小鴨上午重新到達海洋廣場前。

基隆黃色小鴨上午重新進行一次總彩排，在西18碼頭準時下水出發。小鴨11時抵達海洋廣場前，開始進行定位，下錨等作業。預計中午12時前在海洋廣場完成排練程序。

主辦單位表示，將視風浪情況，決定是否讓小鴨繼續留在海洋廣場前，讓周六展出順利，目前可能會把小鴨留在現場，但還未做最後決定。

上午有數百民眾等在海洋廣場前搶先看，雖然下著細雨，仍不減民眾熱情。
