倒楣的漏水...

家裡是舊公寓三樓，樓下二樓說天花板在漏水
找了幾位抓漏師傅都說是熱水管老舊要換
換了之後還是漏
花了很長的時間在抓
因為連我們出國一個禮拜沒用水，樓下也還是漏(出國前總開關有關掉)
這次狠下心來從樓下漏水的正上方往下打
但是地板打開後是乾的
一路往隔壁打過去才發現是隔壁在漏水
請隔壁鄰居開門讓抓漏師傅進去檢查就發現熱水管在漏(明管)
水往我家樓下天花板漏過去
所以才會認為是我家漏水

請問各位大大
這樣的狀況可以請隔壁的支付我家為了抓漏而付出的費用嗎?
為了打掉地板，已經一個禮拜借住朋友家了...
