5nm process 將達到現在 製程極限

Samueli在接受EETimes采访时谈到了现在的半导体工艺状态，28nm及之后的工艺虽然会继续提升芯片的性能、降低功耗，但在成本上已经不能继续受益，未来有必要考虑新的选择
目前业界对半导体工艺的研究已经到了10nm以下，Intel就准备在2017年后开始使用7nm工艺，但在Samueli看来7nm之后半导体工艺很快就会达到物理极限，5nm工艺时晶体管就只有10个原子大小，接近物理极限了
=> 不知道還須要幾年??
