【陳亮諭／綜合報導】基隆陰雨綿綿，賞鴨人潮銳減，昨僅有8萬人，不少人發現鴨鴨黑了，疑因賞鴨的娛樂船及進出頻繁的貨輪，噴出的黑煙燻黑鴨。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，基隆小鴨第1天進港時顏色鮮亮，開幕時就變黑，昨展出第3天，民眾發現變得更黑，黑色骨架就像穿上條紋衫，從鴨頭黑到鴨身都是。基隆主辦單位欲清洗，但要尊重原創者霍夫曼，已向霍夫曼團隊請示，看如何處理。
