中鋼延遲公告發債 證交所罰3萬

證交所說，中鋼（2002）申報發行國內102年度第1期無擔保普通公司債乙案，延遲輸入公開資訊觀測站的募資計劃執行專區畫面，違反證交所規定，對中鋼開罰3萬元，並通知該該公司日後確實辦理。
