後備指揮官將異動 傳畢學文接新職

國防部後天將舉行年度將官晉升典禮，高階將領年底有異動，國防部後備指揮部指揮官王世塗中將退伍，遺缺傳由國防部參事畢學文中將接任。

畢學文陸軍官校66年班畢業，因身材高壯，在校期間即曾任實習旅長，歷任海巡部指揮官、縣市後備司令、後備司令部後備軍人服務處處長、後備司令部作戰訓練處少將處長、國防部後令部副參謀長及代理督察長、南部地區後備指揮部指揮官、後備司令部參謀長、國防部後備司司長、後備司令部副司令等職，今年元旦因後備司令部組織調整調任國防部參事。
