情侶縱火案 男友判9年10月

少女被父母逼要求男友分手，竟跟男友縱火燒家私奔。經台灣高等法院審理後，合議庭支持一審見解，認為量刑恰當，將上訴駁回，呂姓男友維持一審判處的有期徒刑九年十月。全案可上訴。少女部分被移送新北地院少年法庭，目前仍偵辦中。

新北市一名十七歲的黃姓少女與二十五歲的無業呂姓男子交往，引發家人不滿，女方家長曾斥責兩人不找工作、沒有未來，要求兩人分手。少女不滿交往被阻，今年六月憤而放火燒屋，少女父親誤以為愛女身陷火海，逃離後再衝進屋內救人，導致嚴重嗆傷插管治療。一審依殺人未遂罪等，判處呂姓男子有期徒刑九年十月，全案上訴後，高院駁回上訴，維持原判。至於少女部分先前被移送新北地院少年法庭，由於法官認為她與男友同樣涉嫌殺人未遂，目前仍由檢方偵辦中。
