就算失業也要買　歐元區零售創12年新高

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】歐盟統計局公布數據顯示，去年11月歐元區失業率持平於12.1%，為連續8個月保持在歷史高點不變，但同月零售銷售卻月增1.4%，創12年來最大增幅，較10月的下滑0.4%明顯反彈，顯示歐元區國家內需攀升，有望舒解市場對通縮的憂慮，並減緩歐洲央行（歐銀）進一步寬鬆貨幣政策的壓力。

歐銀周四將公布最新例會結果。儘管市場預估，歐銀本次例會將按兵不動，可料為歐元匯價提供短期支撐，但晚間公布的美國就業數據明顯好轉，增添美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）料加快退出刺激政策的預期，帶動美元走高，打壓歐元匯價，1歐元兌美元一度失守1.36關卡，來到1.3568。
