【楊景婷／台南報導】日本男星大澤隆夫和台南市長賴清德常被虧「兄弟臉」，今天終於在電影《KANO》記者會上相見，2人齊聚台南烏山頭水庫，賴清德維持一貫中分頭，走學術風，大澤帥氣有型，倒是很有默契穿上黑西裝，遠看還真的傻傻分不清楚，不過台日「仁醫」身高至少差了半顆頭，高矮最不像！
