於代碼 #1Isg2u6Q 一文，symeng遭檢舉黑單本案分兩段判定 1. 因雙方約定時間為17:40，17:30 symeng聲稱已到場等候等到17:42分因列車即將抵達月台而致電賣家，卻無法取得聯繫因後續有其他約，列車抵達後即先行離開賣家後來抵達沒等到人回撥電話但之後換成無法聯絡上買家不論雙方電話聯繫問題 17:40分賣家並無到場為真故判定買家無交易疏失 2. 隔天約定其他日期交易買家有在面交前即與賣家取得連繫同時要求取消交易雙方無約定交易之地點及時間此段無法構成黑單綜合以上兩段，判定 symeng 無黑單之必要。本案結案。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.219.127.219
