威力纖案出庭 訊後連惠心請回

（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）中國國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心涉及威力纖禁藥案及辱罵記者，今天她以被告身分前網北檢出庭，中午訊後請回，不發一語。

台北地檢署偵辦「威力纖」疑含禁藥案，去年10月30日傳喚連惠心應訊，期間連女多次步出偵查庭上廁所，1名周刊記者上前向連女詢問，連女答稱「問什麼東西」、「神精病」等語。周刊記者不滿遭辱罵，日前控告連惠心妨害名譽。

承辦檢察官為釐清是否有妨害名譽情事，以及進一步訊問威力纖案相關細節，今天上午以被告身分傳喚連惠心。連惠心經訊問逾2個小時後庭訊結束，在中午離開地檢署時，面對媒體提問，均不發一語。

全案從去年10月25日首次搜索並約談至今，曾約談菁茵荋公司總經理曾心怡及菁茵荋公司股東連惠心，兩人涉嫌違反藥事法83條的禁藥販賣罪，分別以新台幣200萬元、250萬元交保；另有3名製藥商遭收押。1030122
