As part of this team, you will be building new products as well as features for existing products. This may include carrying a product from conception all the way through launch. Innoventures needs versatile software engineers that can provide end-to-end development. You should be familiar with the full-stack of programming because you will be working on both front-end and back-end elements including UI layouts, database structures, and web API tools. You will work on multiple products from a range of industries. You must keep up with a fast-paced, dynamic environment striving for agile development. You won’t get bored at Innoventures. Ideal candidates are able to work well in a team and have good communication skills. You must carry a passion for developing awesome products as well as an active thirst for learning. We don’t expect the candidate to be an expert at every skill, but capable of absorbing new skills. Products include features such as real-time information synchronization, smart interactions, social networking, ecommerce, LBS/geo-location, gamification, or cloud and big Data. Due to Innoventures entrepreneurial environment, you will have a lot of input, and we expect you to challenge management decisions. We respect that you are the technical expert and rely on you to contribute to key product, design, and development decisions. You can even suggest new products and may eventually lead your own product.
