突降大雷雨　三重民眾皮包遮雨

【曾伯愷／新北報導】受到潭美颱風外圍環流影響，今午2時許新北市三重區突然降起磅礡大雨，步行民眾措手不及，只好邊走邊拿皮包遮雨，機車騎士則是紛紛將車停靠陸橋下方，拿出雨衣穿上後，再騎車離去。
