【短片】剛澤斌贏官司　最後一首失的復得的歌

【劉志原╱台北報導】20年前以「妳在他鄉」、「中等美女」等歌曲走紅的創作歌手剛澤斌，昨天打贏官司，取回他1985年創作、由歌手張清芳唱紅的「激情過後」詞曲著作權，剛澤斌說：「這是我最後一首失而復得的作品」，謝謝大家關心。

剛澤斌表示，當年僅是授權點將公司發行「激情過後」詞曲，著作權仍是歸他所有，卻不知為何登記在別人名下；這些年來，已陸續討回「像我們這樣的年紀」、「總以為錯的是你」等歌的著作權，5年前開始追「激情過後」著作權，去年提告，他說，能失而復得，真的很高興。

好久不見的剛澤斌（右，資料照片）日前出庭，和他20年前《妳在他鄉》（左，翻攝網路）的模樣已大不同。
