〔自由時報記者鮑建信／高雄報導〕高市陳姓婦人懷疑許女是小四，涉聯合小三黃女向丈夫鄭男施壓，夫婦倆與小三聯手找許女談判，涉嫌強押她上車，黃女雖是小三，還要求小四許女須付1000萬元，才准她和鄭在一起，高雄地方法院依妨害自由罪判鄭男6個月，陳女、黃女分別判5個月，得易科罰金。

判決書指出，被告鄭男從事工程行，其妻陳女與小三黃女，懷疑鄭與許女有染，欲找她談判，去年2月26日晚上，夫妻與黃女一行3人駕車到高雄市「日盛卡拉OK」，許女見鄭等人抵達，起身離開之際，鄭涉嫌抱住她，黃女打開車門，許女掙扎哭喊「我不要」、「不要上車」等語，鄭男仍強押上車，造成許女手腳受傷。

車行至旗山糖廠，陳、黃2女質問許女，與鄭有何曖昧？黃女還說，若許女要和鄭在一起，須付1000萬元給黃女養小孩，不然就和鄭一刀兩斷，許女拒絕，雙方僵持不下。

期間，許女藉口欲上廁所，黃女還在廁所外監視，但因許女的友人孫男一再撥電話，陳女才在隔天凌晨1點，開車載許女返家。但開庭時，許女強調與鄭是朋友，否認是小四。
