若敘確用化武 俄不排除動武

俄羅斯總統蒲亭(Vladimir Putin)今天(4日)表示，如果證據顯示敘利亞政府曾進行化武攻擊，俄國可能會批准對敘的軍事行動，但前提是聯合國必須核准。

根據俄國政府官網公布蒲亭3日接受美聯社(AP)與俄羅斯第一頻道(First Channel)的訪談，蒲亭說8月21日大馬士革(Damascus)外的化武攻擊可能是「與蓋達組織有關」的團體所捏造。

訪談過程中，蒲亭提到俄羅斯會持續履行與敘利亞的軍備合約。

當主持人問到，如果證實敘國政府曾動用化武，俄方是否會同意軍事行動，蒲亭回答：「我不排除這個可能性。」

他說：「根據現行國際法，只有聯合國安理會可批准對主權獨立國家動武，其他試圖合理化動武的手段或方式都無法成立。」

根據法新社今天的報導，蒲亭表示俄羅斯已暫停運送S-300飛彈系統的元件給敘利亞。
