小貨車翻落山谷　八旬老夫妻天人永隔

【李政遠／雲林報導】古坑鄉鐵國山往桂林方向的雲209線2.1公里處，今上午11點左右，發生小貨車翻落山谷竹林意外車禍，雲林縣消防局派出公園、古坑消防分隊，10多名警消人員及搶救器材車前往搶救，由於小貨車卡在竹林裡，無便道可抵事故現場，當地民眾拿出柴刀砍伐竹子，清岀一條搶救便道，讓警消下達50公尺深的山谷救人。
 
小貨車受到嚴重撞擊，車身翻轉四輪朝天，車上一對老農夫婦卡在車內，警消順利將人救出，以擔架扛抬到路邊，救護車送往台大雲林分院急救，其中吳家重身上多處骨折，目前手術中；吳劉街到院時已無呼吸心跳，急救後仍宣告不治。
 
警方調查指出，79歲的吳家重與80歲吳劉街是夫妻，今日上午駕小發財車前往鐵國山的果園鋤草後，準備返家午休，下山途中疑煞車不靈，車子翻落山谷，車禍發生原因需進一步了解。
