國際賽摘金 西門子獎10萬

勞委會職訓局、台灣西門子公司昨共同簽署職訓合作協議，在台南職訓中心成立「西門子技術中心」，未來西門子將贊助各職訓中心獲國際技能競賽得獎選手，獲得金牌者，每人可獲得10萬元獎金，希望鼓勵優秀人才。

這項合作協議由職訓局長林三貴、台灣西門子總裁艾偉代表雙方簽署完成，台灣西門子總經理海爾曼同時捐贈CNC模擬軟體給台南職訓中心。德國經濟辦事處長魏諾朗博士及勞委會職訓局所屬各職訓中心主任都到場見證。

海爾曼表示，透過這樣產學合作，台灣每年預計有超過500位學生受惠，未來職訓局和西門子將共同成立技術訓練中心；每年在台灣舉辦一場大型國際研討會，邀請高職、大學、企業及國際賽裁判長，親臨台灣指導選手及技術交流。

而西門子每年派任講師或工程師支援台南職訓中心等多處職訓中心辦理職業訓練。

此外，西門子公司也同意從今年至2021年，將贊助各職訓中心獲國際技能競賽相關職類獲得金、銀、銅牌選手，每人將可獲得10萬、8萬、5萬元獎金。
