頭份客家文化課 熱鬧揭牌

苗栗縣頭份鎮公所客家文化課昨天揭牌，副縣長林久翔肯定鄉鎮公所設立專責單位傳承客家文化，鎮長徐定禎說，全鎮客家族群超過九成，為強化頭份的「客家印象」，成立客家文化課推動客家事務、文化、觀光及展演藝術，要將客家文化傳承下去。

新興國小舞獅隊精彩表演熱鬧慶祝，接著由林久翔、徐定禎及縣議員李貴富、鎮民代表會主席黃盛和等人為客家文化課揭牌。

林久翔說，小時候並不知道什麼是客家文化，講客家話是很自然的事，直到求學、工作大都說國語，說客語的機會減少，且為了方便許多禮俗也漸簡化，他發現客家文化越來越弱勢，鄉鎮公所設立專責單位是正確的，盼頭份能成為別具特色的客家大鎮。

頭份鎮公所除了新增客家文化課，部分課室也做調整，建設課由工務課取代，專辦工程，農業課改為農經課，承辦農業及經濟業務，盼藉由組織調整展現新風貌，徐定禎也與參加賓客搓湯圓，希望各課室業務都圓滿。
