【時報-台北電】國科會的創新創業激勵計畫，希望延攬矽谷創投界名人擔任業師輔導創業團隊。多位來自台灣的天使投資人日前共同組成的 Silicon Valley Taiwan Angels （簡稱SVT Angels，SVT天使群），該組織將移植矽谷創新創業文化到台灣。

SVT Angel首任會長由美國那斯達克上市公司AXT董事長、同時也是美通創投執行合夥人的陳勁初出任。二位副會長分別是聯訊創投公司共同創辦人及總經理鄭志凱與橡子園創投公司的合夥人王大成。

陳勁初分析，當初台灣製造加工產業的成功要素是「技術轉移」，當今創新創業的成功要素需要的是「文化轉移」。毫無疑問，矽谷是全世界創新創業文化的領導者。成立SVT天使群就是希望建構一個有助創新創業的平台。將矽谷創新創業的文化轉移到台灣。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者何英煒／台北報導)
