4G執照標金高　張善政：業者競爭超乎預期

【徐珮君／台北報導】4G執照搶手，底標359億元的4G寬頻釋照競價作業昨天進行到第19天190回合，但總標金已飆破700億元。督導相關業務的行政院政務委員張善政今天坦言，業者的競爭超乎預期，遊戲規則都訂了，只能尊重遊戲規則、尊重市場，「業者這麼積極，把標金拉這麼高，心裡一定有算盤可以怎麼做。」

張善政說，「業者心裡有把尺」，標金數字高，將來一定是有創意的東西，期待透過創意、新的Business Model可以有好的服務，好的收入。至於標金高是否以後會轉嫁到消費者身上？張認為，業者不能用一種收費模式要所有消費者平均負擔，應會依照不同消費者的使用要求，有不同收費模式，這樣才合理；NCC以後會整體考慮，費率高，NCC會審查。
