洪仲丘案 女士官指士評會匆促

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣1日電）桃園地院今天開庭審理洪仲丘案，傳喚542旅旅部連女士官簡芸芝，她說，士評會開得匆促，她事後才為當天休假的士官代簽。

桃園地方法院審理陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，今天開庭審理，除傳喚542旅旅部連簡芸芝及江姓女士官外，再傳喚542旅前旅部連副連長劉延俊、前旅部連士官長陳以人及542旅前旅長沈威志。同時提訊前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正及上士范佐憲等3人。

審判長在庭上針對洪仲丘送禁閉懲處前，上士范佐憲召開士評會過程，進行交叉詰問，洪仲丘的舅舅胡世和及姊姊洪慈庸也到庭旁聽。

其中，簡芸芝在庭上坦承，為讓洪仲丘關禁閉處分，6月25日當天，范佐憲召開士評會時很匆促，並沒有準備簽到簿，她是事後於27日才簽名，而且其中兩位士官在士評會當天休假，都是由她代簽。1021001
