仁德越女頭顱案　 死者疑被冰屍半年

【辛啟松／台南報導】駭人聽聞的仁德區土庫里無名頭顱案，經DNA比對，確認死者就是28歲女子黎氏妙妝。同為越南籍的丈夫馮銘懷，今年3月底把她誘騙南下後就失蹤，警方研判黎氏南下當天就被殺害，屍體遭冷凍半年後，凶手趁颱風來襲臨時棄屍。但馮銘懷矢口否認，警方今晚以「夜間不偵訊」拖延辦案時間。
 
警方查出，黎氏妙妝的頭顱沒有發臭、腐壞，研判曾冰在冰櫃裡，遇害時間可能已半年，第一現場應該不是工廠宿舍。死者表姊說，凶手馮銘懷（29歲）與死者黎氏妙妝（28歲）結婚4年，兩人育有一名3歲女兒，現由黎氏妙妝的母親在越南老家撫養。
 
馮銘懷為了生計，3年前來台灣、在台南市仁德區某泡棉工廠工作；黎氏2年前來台灣，原在桃園縣一家工廠工作，後來逃逸到一家餐廳上班。今年3月間，馮銘懷從友人處聽到傳聞，妻子與台灣男子傳曖昧，很不是滋味，3月23日的周六假期，北上誘騙黎氏至台南，之後黎氏就失蹤，警方懷疑馮隔天就殺死妻子。
