寒流威力略減　零星降雨日夜溫差大

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，今天清晨仍受冷空氣及輻射冷卻的影響，各地氣溫偏低，平地最低溫為嘉義10.3℃，已發出低溫特報，民眾請注意保暖；使用瓦斯熱水器具應注意室內通風，以免一氧化碳中毒，農漁養殖業及山坡地作物請嚴防寒害。

氣象局表示，該波寒流今天將會略為減弱，各地氣溫也會逐步回升，預計白天高溫在北部及宜蘭地區約16到17度，但整體感覺還是冷涼；中南部及花東地區高溫回升到19至23度，白天感受上較為舒適，日夜溫差會較大。隨著水氣逐漸減少，降雨的狀況越來越零星，北部及東半部地區仍然是水氣較多的迎風面，雲量會偏多，偶爾飄點短暫雨，中南部地區較為穩定，多雲到晴的天氣。
