台灣買的Samsung Note 3在美國使用AT&T的SIM卡後可以通話卻無法上網

之前在台灣買的Note 3, 到了美國辦了AT&T的專案後, 發現可以通話卻無法使用3G上網, 手機畫面上有浮現3G的符號, 但就是無法連上網路, 但是將AT&T服務人員的AT&T SIN卡卸下插入我的NOTE 3就可以上網, 將我的新的SIN卡插入他的iphone 4S也可以上網, 但就是拿我的新卡裝上我的NOTE 3就是無法連網, 這狀況真的很困擾我, 希望各位大大有沒有類似的問題可以幫忙處理！！
