最近被調去二廠支援很不喜歡這裡很怕以後就直接待在這裡了首先人事配置是這樣的二廠新廠廠長為一廠廠長兼任常駐一廠現在由廠長代理人代理運作很多職缺都沒完整規劃現在只是建廠時期目前想到兩個方案: a. 做得很好讓廠長覺得我很棒然後再求他放我回去 (會不會因為我太好用了而不放我走?) b.隨便做讓他覺得我來亂的趕我回一廠 (會不會被辭退?) 請板友給我點建議... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.52.102.4
