原來房屋仲介這~~~麼的機車!!!!

這情形我上個月才碰上.....
我出價都達底了..仲介約見面談
後來經友人知道屋主的低價後....令人生氣的來了
我的出價以包含對方4%的服務費了(現成的服務費已有4%了喔..但仲介還不滿足)
本我只想給1%..仲介又硬要2%..
整場局給足6%....38萬.飛了
.
.那仲介..還是我好友.....@@

真的是自已人的錢較好賺
